Install Siby

For staff whose workplace uses Siby

Siby shows your shifts, your availability requests and your admins' messages. Use the links your organization sent you. You sign in with your work email address.

Android

Siby on Google Play is a test version for now, so it takes two extra steps the first time.

1. Join the Siby testers' group, with the link from your admin. Use the Google account your phone uses for Google Play.
2. Open the test link from your admin, and tap Become a tester.
3. Install Siby from Google Play.
4. Open Siby, enter your work email address, and tap Send code.
5. Enter the 6-digit code from the email, and tap Sign in.
6. If Siby says you are not in an organization yet, tap Join by code and paste the invite link from your admin.

iPhone and iPad

1. Install Siby from the App Store.
2. Open Siby, enter your work email address, and tap Send code. You can also use Sign in with Apple or Google.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email, and tap Sign in.
4. If Siby says you are not in an organization yet, tap Join by code and paste the invite link from your admin.

If the App Store does not offer Siby in your country, Siby works in Safari, and you can keep it on your home screen like an app:

1. Open siby.work in Safari.
2. Tap Share (on newer iPhones, tap ••• first), then Add to Home Screen. If you don't see it, scroll down the list.
3. Open Siby from your home screen and sign in there, not in Safari: the home screen app keeps its own sign-in.

On any computer, you can also use Siby at siby.work.

Same schedules everywhere

The iPhone, iPad and Android apps and the website show the same schedules and messages. You can use them all with the same email address.
