Shift schedules for teams

Siby is a team scheduling app. Admins plan their team's shifts in Siby, and staff see their shifts and messages in it.

• Templates: admins describe a department's schedule once: its days or other columns, its shifts, and how many people each one needs.
• Availability requests: staff tell their admins when they can or would like to work.
• Filling a schedule: admins fill a draft by hand, copy an earlier schedule, or fill it automatically from the answers. Siby warns about anyone who said they are unavailable or lacks a needed skill.
• Publishing: when the schedule is ready, admins publish it, and everyone in the department sees it. Each person sees their own shifts in one list.
• Messages: admins write to their departments, and see who has read each message.

Siby works in English and Spanish. It runs as an app on iPhone and iPad and on Android phones and tablets, and in any web browser at siby.work.

Signing in

Open siby.work in a browser, or the Siby app on your phone or tablet. Sign in with a 6-digit code that Siby emails to you, with your Google account, or, on iPhone and iPad, with Sign in with Apple. Most people join through an invitation from their workplace. See how to install Siby.
