Siby terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026
Siby is a team scheduling app, now in a beta test. By using Siby, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy says how we handle your data.
A beta
Siby is still being built and tested. It is free during the beta. Features can change or stop, and Siby can have errors or be unavailable at times. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, and check a schedule before you rely on it. If paid plans come later, we will tell you first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email address. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to Siby as you.
- An account is for one person. Use your real name, so your coworkers know who you are.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Siby.
Organizations
An organization's admins decide who joins it, what roles people have, and what goes into it. An organization that adds its staff to Siby is responsible for having the right to use their details for scheduling.
Using Siby fairly
Do not use Siby to break the law or to harass anyone. Do not try to reach data that is not yours, to break or overload Siby, or to copy it.
Your content
What you and your organization put into Siby stays yours and your organization's. You allow us to store it and show it to the people your organization chooses, only to run Siby.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we ever close Siby, we will tell you in advance, so organizations can save their schedules.
No guarantee
Siby is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using Siby, or from Siby being unavailable or wrong. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be taken away.
Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and its date. If a change matters to you, we also tell you in Siby before it applies.
