Delete your Siby account
Last updated 23 October 2026
This page is for Siby, the team scheduling app for iPhone, iPad and Android, and on the web at siby.work. You can delete your account in the app, or ask us by email.
In the app
- Open Siby on your phone or tablet, or at siby.work, and sign in.
- Open More, then tap your name to open your profile.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
On an iPhone or iPad, if you signed in with Apple, Apple's sign-in sheet opens after you confirm: tap Continue there. The account is deleted at once, and you are signed out.
By email
Write to support@siby.work from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Siby account". We may reply to that address to make sure the request is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
If you signed in with Apple
When you delete your account in the iPhone or iPad app and tap Continue on Apple's sheet, Siby also asks Apple to remove Siby from your Apple Account. If you close Apple's sheet, Siby asks whether to delete your account anyway. If Apple cannot be reached, your account is still deleted.
If Siby could not remove itself from your Apple Account, or you deleted your account on Android, on the web or by email, you can remove it yourself:
- On an iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple. Choose Siby, and stop using Sign in with Apple for it.
- On any device: sign in at account.apple.com, then open Sign-In and Security, then Sign in with Apple.
If you are the only top admin
An organization always needs a top admin. If you are its only one, first make someone else a top admin, or delete the organization. Siby asks you to do this before it deletes your account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in.
- Your contact details in each organization: your email and phone number.
- Your inbox messages and the times you marked them as read, your skills and your notification settings.
- Your devices' push tokens.
- If you confirmed with Apple and Apple could be reached: Siby's link to your Apple Account through Sign in with Apple.
What stays
Your name stays on schedules made before you left, together with your past availability answers, the comments and notes you wrote, and any messages you sent as an admin. They are part of your organization's records: a past schedule must still show who worked each shift. They stay until the organization deletes them or is deleted. Copies in our backups are gone within 14 days.
Leave one organization only
To leave one organization and keep your account: More, your name, then Leave with the organization's name. The same data is deleted for that organization only.
More about your data is in our privacy policy.
